It is through the faithful giving of these individuals, churches, alumni, businesses and foundations that Campus Outreach is able to reach college students with the gospel. Our primary concern with the funds entrusted to us is the faithful stewardship of them before the Lord and our donors. Staff members raise funds for the ministries they conduct. Donations are used for the reasonable compensation and ministry expenses of our staff members, for ministry programs and for student summer training and mission projects.

partnership with the north church

Campus Outreach believes in a relationship with the church. Unlike most campus ministries, Campus Outreach is not a para-church organization. Though we are not connected to one particular denomination, each regional ministry is under the authority and leadership of a regional church body, which provides a crucial source of accountability, leadership and resources. Staff members and students involved with Campus Outreach in other cities and towns become involved in local churches.

Campus Outreach Minneapolis (COM) is under the authority and a ministry of The North Church (TNC) in Mounds View, Minnesota. TNC serves COM by providing assistance and support in much of our operations. Therefore, all donations made to COM (staff, students, summer projects, etc) are recorded and managed by TNC. Also, TNC produces all contribution statements for donations that have been made to COM. To learn more about COM's church visit The North Church's website.
